Manufacturing Process
Every solar panel is manufactured through a fully controlled production process using advanced automation, precision engineering and strict quality inspections to ensure maximum efficiency and long-term reliability.
Cell Cutting
High-precision laser cutting machines accurately cut photovoltaic cells according to the required module wattage and cell dimensions. Every cut is measured to maintain consistency before moving to the next manufacturing stage.
Stringing Process
Using an automated stringing machine, solar cells are precisely interconnected using solder ribbons. The blue/black surface acts as the negative side while the rear white surface forms the positive connection, ensuring maximum electrical accuracy.
Solar Glass Placement
The interconnected solar strings are carefully transferred onto high-transparency tempered solar glass along with EVA encapsulation layers, forming the primary structure of the photovoltaic module.
Visual Inspection
Skilled quality engineers visually inspect every interconnected cell string to identify soldering defects, alignment issues, cracks or manufacturing abnormalities before assembly continues.
Cell Taping & Matrix Alignment
Every solar cell string is carefully taped into a perfectly aligned matrix to maintain accurate spacing, improve structural stability and prepare the module for reliable electrical connections.
Electrical Connection
Interconnections between the strings are soldered with high precision. Any excess ribbon material is removed to achieve clean electrical continuity and uniform current flow across the module.
Module Insulation
EVA encapsulation and premium backsheet materials are applied to completely insulate every electrical connection, protecting the solar module against moisture, dust, heat and environmental exposure.
EL Testing
Each module undergoes Electroluminescence (EL) testing to detect hidden cracks, dead cells, micro-fractures, short circuits and low-output regions that are invisible during normal visual inspection.
Lamination Process
The complete module is laminated at approximately 140°C under controlled pressure, allowing the EVA layers to permanently bond the solar cells, tempered glass and backsheet into one highly durable weatherproof structure. The module is then naturally cooled to room temperature.
Backsheet Trimming
After lamination, the excess EVA and backsheet materials are precisely trimmed to achieve perfect module dimensions and clean finished edges before framing begins.
Frame Punching
High-strength aluminium frames are accurately punched and prepared with mounting and grounding holes to ensure reliable installation, structural stability and long service life.
Sealant Filling & Framing
Industrial-grade sealant is applied around the module before the aluminium frame is permanently fixed. This creates an airtight and moisture-proof seal, significantly improving durability and mechanical strength.
Junction Box Installation
The junction box is securely mounted on the rear side of the solar module. High-quality bypass diodes and output cables are connected to minimize power loss, improve safety and ensure reliable electrical performance in different operating conditions.
Module Cleaning & Inspection
Every module is thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, fingerprints and production residue. The entire panel is then visually inspected for cosmetic defects, frame alignment, glass quality and overall finishing before electrical testing.
Sun Simulator & Final Quality Test
Every finished solar panel undergoes flash testing under a calibrated Sun Simulator to verify maximum power output, voltage, current, efficiency and overall electrical performance. Only panels that successfully pass every quality parameter proceed for packaging and dispatch.
